How often should you do maintenance on your water cooler?
The frequency at which you should perform maintenance on your water cooler will depend on several factors:
- Water usage: the amount of water being used every day;
- Water quality: if water contains contaminents such as metal particles, minerals, bacteria, etc.;
- Time off: when the water cooler hasn’t been used in a while, more than 4 weeks requires maintenance.
As a general rule, it is recommanded to perform maintenance on any water dispenser or water cooler at least 2-4 times a year.
