Return and cancellation

You have a period of thirty (30) days following the purchase date indicated on your purchase invoice to return the product by mail along with the original copy of the purchase invoice. Any returned product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. Sani-Fontaines Inc. is not responsible for returns if the merchandise is damaged or not received. On a return of goods, shipping costs will not be refunded. Sani-Fontaines Inc. is not liable for any shipping or return shipping costs. Upon return of products purchased via our website, the amount of the purchase excluding any shipping costs will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction, as soon as we have received the product and determined its condition.

If, within a reasonable time, the product purchased via our website is found to be defective after using the product, please contact us.
