Description: the original chewable nugget or the new H² chewable nugget, slightly firmer with a slower melt rate.

Description: Small or medium cubes, classic crystal-clear ice cubes, most frequently used to answer a wide variety of needs.

Application: Mixed drinks, carbonated beverages, ice displays, catering, restaurants and hotels, perfect for ice and water dispensers.

Depending on the ice type, cold will be distributed differently. Ice flakes cool more evenly and faster, but an ice cube will last a lot longer. So you must take in account cold distribution, density of the ice and the melt rate.

START WITH THE BASICS
-Figure out what type of ice machine you require: a compact countertop model, a freestanding one or a modular solution that will be tailored to your needs (with ice storage bin or a water and ice dispenser with integrated storage)
-Figure out where your ice machine will be installed: take into account the ambient temperature of the spot as it will influence the daily total production capacity.
