Each water filter contains an embedded microchip to store total gallon consumption; this microchip interfaces with an electronic lifecycle control system to allow water to flow only until the filter reaches its full gallon capacity. Tested and certified by CSA to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for the reduction of chlorine (taste and odor) and to NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for the reduction of lead and cysts.
This water filter is CSA certified and meets ANSI 53 standards for the reduction of lead particles and disperses the taste and odor of chlorine.
