Water filter HAWS 6428 lead reduction filter for 1200 series drinking fountains

Water filter HAWS 6428 fits on several HAWS indoor drinking fountains.

Sold individually (6428) or in an economy pack of 12 units (6428-C). 

Water filter HAWS 6428-C replacement cartridge is used with Haws 1200 Series drinking fountains. These are carbon block filter cartridges with a 1-year/3,000-gallon (11,356 L) life.

• Warning when the filter reaches less than 10% of its capacity
• Water circulation auto shut-down when the filter has reached maximum capacity (automatically resumes once the filter has been changed)

Each water filter contains an embedded microchip to store total gallon consumption; this microchip interfaces with an electronic lifecycle control system to allow water to flow only until the filter reaches its full gallon capacity. Tested and certified by CSA to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for the reduction of chlorine (taste and odour) and to NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for the reduction of lead and cysts.

PERFORMANCES

This water filter is CSA certified and meets ANSI 53 standards for the reduction of lead particles and disperses the taste and odour of chlorine.

Tests were performed under standard laboratory conditions. Contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water treatment device are not necessarily found in all users' water. Filter performance may vary depending on local water conditions.
